This is what our final advert looked like. We decided to alter some parts of the advert if you compare this to the original design, however still kept to the basic design. The most difficult part to making this poster was when we had to edit the photographs and how to make the photo background blend in with the rest of the advert background as it was not a primary basic colour. Cutting part of the top of the photograph we were able to continually copy and paste this several times up and down the advert. This gave us a great background which all blended together. My two favourite parts to the poster is the image and the font of the writing. They all tie in well together and contrast well. One problem we came across was that for the writing of the dates of the tour we had downloaded a specialized font which made the poster look a bit my stylish. However uploading the advert to other computers it wouldn't allow us to keep the same text and they automatically changed them to a default. We found no way round this. However this wasn't too big of an issue and personally I still think the poster looks great.
Target Audience feedback
We were very keen to find out what our target audience thought of our advert and so creating a questionnaire enabled us to see the responses. Overall they were all quite positive.
